Parcours santé et sentier botanique de la Grange aux Bois
Two birds with one stone! Here's an idea for an outing where you can experience nature while improving your fitness! You have a choice of three different trails with fitness equipment ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour. You can thus combine physical exercise with the great outdoors. The fitness trail, of approximately one kilometre, actually follows the nature trail. Rich and varied, it offers no less than 120 naturally-occurring and transplanted species, which are identified on removable markers. Highlight: Picnic and rest areas have been provided along the trail.
